David graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2003 after which time he served as a clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals and then as an Assistant Greene County Prosecuting Attorney.  After entering private practice with Ingold & Associates, LLC to focus on probate and trust litigation, David later formed the law firm of Imhof & Healy with the Hon. Daniel W. Imhof.  David and Doug formed Healy & Healy in 2007 from which time David has focused his practice on criminal defense at both state and federal trial courts and courts of appeals, probate and trust litigation, and as counsel to several local small businesses.
